"That the Company be voluntarily wound up and that Alan Coleman (IP No. 9402) of FTS Recovery Limited, 3rd Floor, Tootal House, 56 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6EU and Marco Piacquadio (IP No. 19910) of FTS Recovery Limited, Ground Floor, Baird House, Seebeck Place, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8FR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
