Notice is hereby given that on 18 August 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that LANARKSHIRE CONSTRUCTION GROUP LIMITED formerly Callan Construction Group Limited, with its Registered Office at Suite 1/1, 34 St. Enoch Square, Glasgow, G1 4DF be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 18 August 2017 ordained the said Lanarkshire Construction Group Limited formerly Callan Construction Group Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
