A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Lamprey Limited (10247000) of 8 Winget House, 8 Beaufort Building, Gloucester GL1 1XB, whose nature of business is Residents property management, presented on Friday 17 July 2020, at 10:00 by GLOBAL CORPORATE LIMITED, of 76 King Street, Manchester M2 4NH claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Rolls Building, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 23 September 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
