At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Unit 31, Sugarbrook Road, Aston Fields, Bromsgrove, B60 3DN, on 21 November 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Harding (IP No. 6310) of tri group, Suite 1, Canon Court East, Abbey Lawn, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 5DE and Graham Lindsay Down (IP No. 6600) of tri group, 141 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2QB be and are appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up." At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 21 November 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Paul Harding and Graham Lindsay Down as joint liquidators.
