"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) and Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) both of Bailey Ahmad Business Recovery, Sussex Innovation, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 6 October 2022 the appointment of Matthew Reeds and Paul Bailey as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
