NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 25 September 2018 at 11.30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator and for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
