A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 17 May 2019 by ACR INVESTMENTS LIMITED of 58 High Street, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 5PZ claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on 3 July 2019, at 10.30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
