Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that final meetings of the Members will be held at 10.00 a.m. and 10.15, respectively, on 31 December 2019 at “Moyard”, Killincarrig, Delgany, Co. Wicklow A63 Y683, for the purpose of laying before them the final accounts, and of giving any explanations of them.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the liquidator, by 4.00 p.m. on the day preceding the meetings.
