At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Unit 1 Vickers Business Centre, Priestley Road, Basingstoke, RG24 9RA on 26 October 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allan Watson Graham (IP No. 8719) of Kroll Advisory Ltd, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU and Edward Robert Bines (IP No. 24730) of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they act jointly and severally.”

The creditors under the Deemed Consent procedure, decision date being 26 October 2021, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Allan Watson Graham and Edward Robert Bines as Joint Liquidators.
