Notice is hereby given that the above named companies were placed into Members Voluntary Liquidation (solvent liquidation) on 30 September 2021, and Gareth Latimer of Grant Thornton (NI) LLP, 12-15 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH was appointed as Liquidator.

Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.192 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that the creditors of the companies must send details, in writing of their claim against the companies to Gareth Latimer, the Liquidator of the said Companies, at Grant Thornton (NI) LLP, 12-15 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH by no later than 10 November 2021 which is the last day for proving claims. The Liquidator further gives notice that they will then make final distributions to creditors, and any creditor who does not make a claim by the date mentioned above will not be included in the distributions.

This notice is purely formal as the Companies are solvent and it is anticipated that all creditors will be paid in full.
