At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held remotely on 20 November 2017, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and 2, and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Christopher David Horner of Robson Scott Associates, 49 Duke Street, Darlington, County Durham, DL3 7SD, be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator's fees will be charged as a fixed amount of ÂŁ1,500 plus disbursements and VAT"
