“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Charles Southard and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP Nos. 11930 and 008368) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
