Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors for the purpose of appointment by creditors of a liquidator; a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidators are to be remunerated and costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. The meeting will be held on 18 November 2019, at 11:15.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Mansoor Mubarik at 122 Hither Green Lane, Hither Green, London SE13 6QA by no later than 04:00 on 15 November 2019.

The liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 04:00 on 15 November 2019.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 04:00 on 15 November 2019.
