"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Glen Carter (IP No. 26072) and Phillip Sykes (IP No. 6119) both of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally."
