"That Edward M Avery-Gee and Jonathan E Avery-Gee of CG&Co., Greg's Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."; and

"That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
