At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 2 Nunwell House Farm, West Lane, Nunwell, Sandown, Isle of Wight, PO36 0JQ on 4 February 2020 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
