Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at Church Street, Coton-in-the-Elms, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE12 8EZ on 18 May 2021 3.00 pm, the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee Brocklehurst (IP No. 9459) and Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SD be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
