“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Myles Jacobson (IP No. 11590) and Peter Kubik (IP No. 9220) both of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
