“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Julie Swan (IP No. 9168) and Mark Phillips (IP No. 9320) both of PCR (Newcastle) Limited, Suite 108, Collingwood Buildings, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1JF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
