A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Unit 2, Williamson Street, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 6AS presented on 29 October 2018 by CUCCOLINI SRL whose registered Office is at Via Raffaello Sanzio 2, 42124 Mancasale, Reggio Emilia, Italy, claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 11 December 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 10 December 2018.
