A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Msu3 Market Quay, 56 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom, PO16 0JN presented on 16 April 2020 (the petition has since been amended and the amended petition is dated 12 May 2020 and was approved by the court by way of an order dated 16 May 2020) by DOUBLE NINE HOLDING LTD, care of Morgan Rose Solicitors, Chancery House, 53-64 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1QU, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Portsmouth County Court, Winston Churchill Avenue, Portsmouth PO1 2EB on 29 June 2020 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
