A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Kumar Build & Design Services Limited (10491827) of Victoria Chambers Corporate Services, 120 Victoria Road, Swindon, Wiltshire SN1 3BH, whose nature of business is Construction of domestic buildings and other business suport service activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Tuesday 19 February 2019, at 10:00 by HJ WEBB & SON, of Southdown Farm House, Faringdon Road, Faringdon, Oxforshire SN7 7UA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 10 April 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
