"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Voscap Limited, 67 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 3JN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
