A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate Ivy Gate, Vicarage Lane, Chigwell, IG7 6LX and whose last known trading addresses are Ivy House, 78 Nelson Street, London E1 2DY and Cheltenham House, 253 Commercial Road, London, E1 2BT presented on 9 March 2020 by The London Borough of Tower Hamlets of Town Hall, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London, E14 2BG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 10 June 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on the 9th June 2020.
