Notice is hereby given that the Official Receiver, having been appointed on 18 July 2016, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 33.6p in the ÂŁ to the unsecured creditors of the company within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving.

Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 3 November 2021 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.

The required proof of debt form, which must be lodged with the Official Receiver at the address below, is available on the Insolvency Service website at www.gov.uk/government/collections/insolvency-service-forms-england-and-wales. Alternatively, a form may be obtained on application to this office.
