A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Old Temperance House, 34/36 Fore Street, Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ13 9AE (the Registered Office) presented on 19 December 2017 by Hamish Millen Adam and Giles Richard Frampton (as Joint Supervisors of KSM ROOFING LIMITED (in Company Voluntary Liquidation) of Richard J Smith & Co LLP, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE will be heard at the County Court at Plymouth, The Law Courts, 10 Armada Way, Plymouth, PL1 2ER on 20 February 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
