At a General Meeting of the Designated Members, of the above named LLP, duly convened and held at 144 Main Street, Kilwinning, Ayrshire, KA13 6AA on 30 March 2017 at 9.00 am, the following determinations were made as a Special Determination and as an Ordinary Determination:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the LLP is insolvent and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and, accordingly, that the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Scotland) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP, (IP Nos: 0008368 and 08584) be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the LLP until the first meeting of creditors to be held as soon as possible in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986.”
