A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate 275 New North Road, London, N1 7AA and whose last known trading address is 34 New House, 67-68 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8JY presented on 29 September 2021 by Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd of Saint-Gobain House, East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 6JU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 12 January 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
