A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 17 March 2017 by NEW MILLENNIA PAYROLL SERVICES LTD FOR AND ON BEHALF OF BIBBY FACTORS (MANCHESTER) LTD of 1121 Ashton Old Road, Manchester, M11 1AA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Unit 52, Rummer Hill Business Estate, Rummer Hill Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0ET will be heard at the Manchester District Registry, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Tuesday 2 May 2017 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
