Notice is hereby given that on 28 May 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court by Scottish Midland Co-operative Society Limited, Hillwood House, 2 Harvest Dr, Newbridge craving the Court inter alia that KROSSBAR LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No.SC311586) and having its registered office at 177 West Main Street, Armadale, EH48 3HY (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Robb and Michelle Elliot, Insolvency Practitioners of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DA be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by interlocutor of 28 May 2019 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston, EH54 6FF within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
