"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Marie Moxon (IP No. 16370) and Christopher Benjamin Barrett (IP No. 9437) both of Dow Schofield Watts Business Recovery LLP, 7400 Daresbury Park, Daresbury, Warrington, WA4 4BS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
