"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) and Simon Bonney (IP No. 9379) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
