At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green Limited incorporating Crawfords, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG, on 25 January 2022 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Hunt (IP No. 19132) and Alex Kachani (IP No. 5780) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited incorporating Crawfords, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 25 January 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Alex Kachani and Gareth Hunt ad Joint Liquidators.
