At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS on 27 February 2020 at 11.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
