"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed joint liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
