Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator proposes to make a first and final distribution to the unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the company is 26 February 2021, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Bespoke Insolvency Solutions, Suite 6, 1-7 Taylor Street, Bury, BL9 6DT, the Liquidator of the Company. The Liquidator intends declaring final dividend within two months of the last date for proving claims.

Finally, the Liquidator is required to state the value of the fund (the Prescribed Part) available to unsecured creditors from the Company's net property under s176A of the Insolvency Act 1986, however the Company did not have any secured creditors that held a floating charge, therefore the Prescribed Part does not apply.
