A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 3a Hatton Garden, Liverpool, L3 2FE presented on 4 April 2019 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at 14A Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road, Sealand, CH5 2LY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at The Business and Property Court, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 28 May 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
