“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Ion (IP No. 21912) and David Moore (IP No. 7510) both of Leonard Curtis, 6th Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3YL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the Company and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally."
