At a physical meeting of creditors of the above-named companies, duly convened and held at Innovation Suite, The Village Hotel, Dolomite Lane, Coventry CV4 9GZ on 22 October 2018 at 10.00 am and thereafter at thirty minute intervals, the following resolutions were passed:
