Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 January 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Myles Jacobson and Ben Woodthorpe both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."

Please note that at a virtual meeting on 6 January 2022, the creditors of the Company nominated Paul Zalkin (IP No 18612) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL and Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and as a result of voting, Paul Zalkin of Quantuma Limited and Nicholas Cusack of Parker Andrews Limited are the Joint Liquidators of the Company."

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company, Paul Zalkin of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL.
