Notice is hereby given that on 13th August 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Klaro Properties Limited, with its Registered Office at 85 Merton Drive, Glasgow, G52 2AS be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 13th August 2019 ordained the said Klaro Properties Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
