NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Creditors pursuant to Rules 6.14(2)(b) and 15.8 of The Insolvency Rules (England & Wales) 2016, ("The Rules"), that decisions are being sought, by a Physical Meeting of Creditors, pursuant to Rule 15.6 of The Rules.

Decisions for approval

1. For the appointment of Phillip Anthony Roberts (IP Number- 6055) of Sterling Ford, Centurion Court, 83 Camp Road, St Albans, Herts AL1 5JN as Liquidator of KKDC LTD.

2. That the Liquidator be authorised to act.

3. That a Liquidation Committee be formed.

4.(a) That Sterling Ford's fees and disbursements for assisting the director In using the Deemed Consent Procedure and in preparing his Statement of Affairs dated 7 July 2017 of ÂŁ4,500 plus VAT and disbursements of ÂŁ94.20 plus VAT be approved and that Sterling Ford be paid this amount for the purpose of reimbursing the director, Thomas Edmund Fairhall, for the sum he has paid to Starling Ford of ÂŁ4,594.20 plus VAT in accordance with Rules 6.7 and 6.42(4)(d) of The Rules.

4.(b) That Sterling Ford's fees and disbursements for assisting the director, Thomas Edmund Fairhall, in convening and holding the Physical meeting of creditors in the sum of ÂŁ1,400 plus VAT and disbursements of ÂŁ145.75 plus VAT be approved and that Sterling Ford be paid this amount for the purpose of reimbursing the director, Thomas Edmund Fairhall, for the sum he has paid to Sterling Ford of ÂŁ1,545.75 plus VAT in accordance with Rules 6.7 and 6.42(4)(d) The Rules.

5. The liquidator's remuneration shall in accordance with Rule 18.2 The Rules be fixed on the basis of the time costs being recorded by the liquidator and his staff at the charge out rates specified in Sterling Ford's Policies Regarding Fees & Disbursements (1 June 2017) and the liquidator shall be authorised to draw his remuneration to the limit of ÂŁ7,500.00 plus VAT on the following basis:

In accordance with rule 18.16 -4(a) The Rules, which requires an estimate of the liquidator's remuneration to be provided where on a time and rate basis, the liquidator's estimated remuneration for either the whole period of the liquidation - provided it is concluded within 12 months, or for the first 12 months of the liquidation shall be as follows:-

Administration and Planning - Hours 2 - Amount ÂŁ600.00 - Average Rate ÂŁ300.00

Investigations - SIP2/CDDA - Hours 7 - Amount ÂŁ2,100.00 - Average Rate ÂŁ300.00

Realisations - Hours 3 - Amount ÂŁ900.00 - Average Rate ÂŁ300.00

Reporting - Hours 6 - Amount ÂŁ1,800.00 - Average Rate ÂŁ300.00

Creditors - Hours 4 - Amount ÂŁ1,200.00 - Average Rate ÂŁ300.00

Directors (communications with) - Hours 3 - Amount ÂŁ 900.00 - Average Rate ÂŁ300.00

Total - Hours 25 - Amount ÂŁ7,500.00 - Average Rate ÂŁ300.00

NB 1: In the event that a Liquidation Committee is formed the decisions as regards remuneration will be the responsibility of the Committee and not form part of this decision process.

The Physical Creditors Meeting will be held as follows:

The Physical meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).

As a result of the requirement to hold this physical meeting the original deemed consent procedure is superseded. The Director has discretion to permit remote attendance (meaning attending and being able to participate in the meeting without being in the place where it is being held) if such a request to do so is received in advance of the meeting.

Phillip Anthony Roberts of Sterling Ford, Centurion Court, 83 Camp Road, St Albans, Herts AL1 5JN is qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioner In relation to the Company who, during the period before the meeting date, will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require and a list of names and addresses of the company's creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Sterling Ford, Centurion Court, 83 Camp Road, St Albans, Herts AL1 5JN between 10:00 hours and 16:00 hours on the two business days preceding the physical meeting date of 25 July 2017.

A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the chair before the meeting. Proxies may be delivered to Sterling Ford, Centurion Court, 83 Camp Road, St Albans, Herts AL1 5JN.

In order to be counted a creditor's vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor's claim (unless it has already been given). A vote will be disregarded if a creditor's proof in respect of their claim is not received by 4.00 pm on 24 July 2017 (unless the chair of the meeting is content to accept the proof later). Proofs may be delivered to Sterling Ford, Centurion Court, 83 Camp Road, St Albans, Herts AL1 5JN.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the meeting.

A creditor's debt, which is a small debt in accordance with Rule 14.31(1) of The Rules, must still deliver a proof of debt if that creditor wishes to object to the Proposed Decision;

A creditor or a contributory may appeal a decision in accordance with Rule 15.35 of The Rules. Such an appeal must be made by not later than 21 days after the Decision Date.
