I, Adam Southard of Begbies Traynor, 2nd Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, hereby give notice that Kenneth Pattullo and I were appointed Joint Liquidators of Kitsch Drinks Limited by Resolution of a meeting of members held pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 17 July 2018. Furthermore, notice is also hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the office of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, on 31 July 2018, at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
