A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Bruce Allen LLP, Scottish Mutual House, 3rd Floor, 27-29 North Street, Hornchurch, Essex, RM11 1RS presented on 18 April 2018 by Timbmet Limited of Hadleigh Business Park, Grindley Lane, Blythe Bridge, Stoke on Trent, ST11 9LW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 6 June 2018 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
