Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 26 October 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Armstrong (IP No. 006212) and James Patchett (IP No. 9345) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
