"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) and Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
