"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that William Antony Batty (IP No. 8111) and Claire Howell (IP No. 23610) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, Swan House, 9 Queens Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
