"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) and Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation, One Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 17 November 2022 the appointment of Matt Reeds and Paul Bailey as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
