Notice of Meeting of Creditors of the above-named company has been summoned to be held on 24th March 2017 at 10.00am at PKF-FPM Accountants Limited, Howard House, 30 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6AP by the Liquidator under Article 117 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of:

• “Establishing a liquidation committee pursuant to Article 120 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.”

Or in the event that a committee is not established:

• “That the Liquidator be remunerated on a time cost basis.”

• ‘’That the Liquidator has the powers conferred in Article 142, 143 and Schedules of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.’’
