NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF FINAL MEETING OF CREDITORS

IN COMPULSORY LIQUIDATION

AND IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Section 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of considering the following resolutions :

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives her release.

3. That the liquidator has the power to destroy books & records of the company 12 months after the final meeting.

The meeting will be held on 1st October 2019 at 11.00am at PKF-FPM Accountants Limited, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT1 4GA.
